Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a dedicated travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their team in Sonora, California.

About the Job:

This exciting opportunity involves working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of the imaging team, you will be responsible for operating nuclear medicine equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring accurate diagnoses through detailed images.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment, including PET and SPECT scanners
  • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field
  • Current licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of California
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
