Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service Delivery: Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote Crystal Clean's services, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Route Optimization: Align work orders to minimize mileage and travel time, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to existing customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly, maintaining compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: Route sales experience preferred.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT.
  • Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting of materials that typically weigh 54-80lbs, frequent pushing/pulling of drums using CC-approved equipment.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Heritage-Crystal Clean, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
