Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training in a related field (e.g., CNA, HHA, NA) preferred.
  • Previous experience in senior care or a related field; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds; stand for long periods; and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
