Position Overview:
Assist the claims team in managing workers' compensation cases, ensuring efficient processing and support for various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate new claims
- Manage incoming correspondence and document entries in the claims database
- Process payments and prepare standard correspondence
- Provide assistance during phone inquiries
- Adhere to safety protocols
- Perform additional responsibilities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Strong organizational capabilities
Educational Background & Experience:
- High school diploma required; a college degree is advantageous
- Experience in a customer service-oriented office setting is preferred
Compensation:
$22.36 per hour
