About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Merchandise Associate at Marshalls. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Support sales floor recovery, restocking shelves, and maintaining inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
