We are seeking talented Adult Psychiatrists to join our clinical team in the Greater St. Louis area. As a Psychiatrist with LifeStance Health, you will have the opportunity to work in an outpatient practice setting, providing medication management and therapy services to adults.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including medication management and therapy services.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental healthcare.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters a sense of belonging and teamwork.
- Full licensure in Missouri (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Unlimited/uncapped earning potential that can exceed $300,000-$399,000.
- Great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, and 3 weeks' vacation.
- Part-time and full-time schedule availability.
- Strong work-life balance.
- Hybrid work model of in-person and telehealth.
- Outpatient practice setting; no call, no nights, and no weekends required.
- Additional compensation offered for supervising Nurse Practitioners (not required).
