Job Summary

CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems is seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Installation Foreman to lead our installation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of refrigeration systems in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train project crews to ensure efficient and accurate installation of refrigeration systems.
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with tradespeople, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, customers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and Installation policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supermarket installation refrigeration or commercial building construction.
  • Knowledge of construction principles and practices, including efficient use of labor hours.
  • Ability to organize tasks and use good judgment in making work assignments.
  • Ability to give clear instructions and guidance, as needed.
  • Ability to maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits and request change orders as needed.
  • Ability to ensure safe work practices and ensure compliance with Safety policies.
  • Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and track record of punctuality and dependability.
  • Ability to use computer tools, including E-Mail, Word, and Project Planning Software.
