Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various search methods to build a robust pipeline of qualified caregivers.
- Travel locally to recruit at nursing schools, attend job fairs, and partner with educational institutions.
- Manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements to ensure accurate representation of our company's values and mission.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices to optimize our hiring process.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, conducting phone screenings, and face-to-face interviews to ensure the best fit for our clients.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection processes comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Perform background and reference checks to verify candidate credentials.
- Manage the onboarding and new hire process to ensure a smooth transition for our caregivers.
- Conduct orientation classes with new hires to ensure they understand our company's policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Schedulers to provide new hire information and availability.
- Develop and implement caregiver retention and recognition programs to acknowledge and incentivize our team members.
