Job Summary:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized behavioral therapy to students on a 1:1 basis, supporting their unique needs and helping them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans and therapy sessions as outlined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct 1:1 support to students in a classroom or home setting.
- Track and record data on student progress and behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral strategies.
- Engage with students to promote positive behavior and skill development.
Requirements:
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and maintain a positive, supportive attitude.
Work Environment:
Full-time position with a supportive and collaborative work environment.
