Job Summary:
The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the interprofessional team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
As a Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics, you will systematically collect and assess patient data to develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care. You will utilize evidence-based practice to drive clinical decisions and consider factors related to safety, effectiveness, and fiscal accountability in planning and delivering care.
Key responsibilities include patient care coordination, direct patient care, patient education, telephone triage/eVisits, and performing/assisting with in-clinic minor procedures. May float to other areas as needed for operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Clinical experience and/or interest in patient populations specific to the area of employment
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience
- Nursing licensure required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent within 90 days of hire
