About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized ABA Therapist to join our team at Success On The Spectrum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including creating and implementing behavioral plans, conducting assessments, and analyzing client progress.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure they are providing high-quality services to clients.
  • Conduct regular progress updates and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided.
Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in a Master's program leading to certification in behavior analysis.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • No criminal background.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.
