Job Summary

We are seeking a certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA. This is a unique opportunity to work in a 16-bed Level 3 NICU, supported by a robust team of physicians, NNPs, RNs, RTs, occupational and speech therapists.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the NICU, utilizing your expertise in neonatology and nursing.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for staff and patients.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience working in a Level 3 NICU.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
