**Job Summary**: As a Program Director II, you will manage activities of the program in accordance with Pacific Clinics' contract terms and policies, ensuring delivery of clinical services that meet the standards expected by the Clinics' Board, Executive Management, and contracting agencies. You will oversee all administration and clinical functions, guide staff, and direct operations to achieve task and performance objectives, budget requirements, and program goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Guides and directs staff to deliver clinical services according to established standards
  • Oversees all administration and clinical functions of the program
  • Ensures necessary treatment services are provided, including assessment of new referrals and crisis back-up services as needed
  • Provides individual and group clinical supervision to unlicensed staff and supervises clinical interns as required
  • Collaborates with the Clinical Intern Training Program to accept and place interns within the program
  • Recruits, selects, hires, trains, and evaluates personnel resources according to Clinics' policies and procedures

**Requirements**: An active, current license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences, two years post-licensure required. Minimum four years of professional experience in mental health service delivery and administration or six years in a human service field or equivalent experience. Proficient computer skills and ability to work in Windows environment (including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge and experience with electronic health records (EHR), Welligent preferred.
