Always Best Care Senior Service is seeking a reliable and compassionate home health aide to join our team in Blanco, TX. As a caregiver, you will provide essential services to seniors and their families, ensuring their independence and comfort. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including flexible hours, weekly pay with direct deposit, paid mileage, 1.5x holiday pay, and referral bonus program.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and empathy
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or issues that may arise
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR training preferred
- One year of experience working with seniors in a home setting, preferably in the Texas Hill Country region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with auto insurance coverage
