We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse CVOR PRN to join our team at Mission Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure delivery of professional nursing care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a BSN within 5 years of hire date.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- One year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
