Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to assigned specialty patient populations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be certified in one of the pre-approved occupational therapy fields.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills.
  • Develop and implement treatment protocols to meet the needs of patients with disabilities or developmental delays.
  • Provide in-services, continuing education, training, and competency resources to assigned staff.
  • Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and provide student clinical experience.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop solutions and analyze data/information from multiple sources.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • At least 5 years of experience, inclusive of experience required for specific specialty certification.
  • Ability to teach/educate others, public speaking, and assess competencies.
  • Ability to develop training materials and competency assessments.
  • Complex problem solver within and outside of department.
Benefits:

This position is work from home eligible and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range:

$62.24 to $77.79 per hour.

This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.

Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
