About the Job
VadaTech Inc. is a world leader in embedded computing solutions seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting hardware installations on boards for shipment, ensuring compliance with applicable specifications. This role requires a working knowledge of CMM inspection and programming, as well as the ability to interpret inspection report data related to manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Program or calibrate the coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
* Utilize various inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges to check dimensions/processes on parts or raw material
* Perform maintenance as necessary
* Collaborate with Compliance Manager, Quality Inspectors, Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure compliance with process work documents
* Assist with preparation of corrective action requests and preventive action requests related to production work
* Ensure in-process inspections are completed per engineering specifications during the production process
* Responsible for filing travelers when job is complete

Requirements
* IPC-A-610 experience with J-STD-001 is required
* Minimum three (3) years of CMM programming and electronics inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to use inspection tools, read blueprints, and interpret GD&T symbols
* Proficient use of PC for data entry and maintaining inspection records
* Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and electronic component identification and verification

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
