Fuel Station Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fuel Station Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Fuel Station Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel stations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find products.
• Support fuel station operations by ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Restock shelves with customer-preferred grab-and-go items and ensure the fuel station is well-stocked and organized.
• Work independently and take initiative to resolve customer issues and improve fuel station operations.

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage range of $14.00 to $26.00, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• Eligibility for benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance.
• PTO and/or PPTO for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes, meeting or exceeding paid sick leave laws where applicable.
