Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of machinery including mowers, tractors, and other landscaping tools for effective grounds upkeep.
  • Engage in essential tasks such as mulching, weeding, fertilizing, and mowing to maintain the beauty of the landscape.
  • Execute maintenance and sanitation programs as instructed by management.
  • Ensure the swimming pool area is clean and functions efficiently.
  • Work flexible shifts, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of landscaping techniques and equipment handling.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong guest service skills.
  • Willingness to work during weekends and evenings.

Physical Demands:

This position is physically intensive, requiring standing, walking, and lifting. It may also involve participation in promotional activities and costume-related tasks. Be prepared for exposure to various outdoor weather conditions.
