Job Summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in an education-oriented setting. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside our dedicated professionals, providing exceptional patient care and developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process, collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and performing various treatment procedures.
  • Develop and document individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, with support from the interdisciplinary health team as needed.
  • Communicate effectively to convey patient health status, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Manage electronic health records, including accurate patient and provider documentation and communication.
  • Adhere to department and system protocols, regulations, and education requirements.
Requirements
  • AS: Nursing (Required)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
  • RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
