QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a CNA, your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in resident reports at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Providing personal and nursing care in line with resident care plans.
  • Facilitating and engaging in activities.
  • Monitoring and responding to resident requests with dignity and respect.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Assisting residents in preparing for various activities.
  • Ensuring all care is delivered with dignity and respect.
  • Performing basic nursing care procedures as required.
  • Creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Meeting residents' food service needs promptly and compassionately.
  • Maintaining documentation for daily living activities and restorative programs.
  • Adhering to established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Participating in training and educational programs to maintain certification and enhance care quality.
  • Carrying out other related tasks as assigned.
