Job Title: Part-Time Behavior Technician

At Goal Point Behavior Group LLC, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Behavior Technician.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with autism. As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with autism, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior, and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Assist with assessments, session support, and material development.
  • Attend ongoing staff education and training on client behavioral and skill acquisition protocols.
Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Desire for continued learning opportunities, and willingness to embrace instruction.
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members, and a desire to work with young children.
  • Reliable attendance record.
  • Must complete Registered Behavior Technician credential requirements within the time frame set forth by the BACB.
  • BA or BS in psychology, social work, special education, or related field preferred.
