As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of data sources, analyze trends and insights, and make recommendations to improve business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and detect data quality issues.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to refine and mature data workflow, practices, and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with data stakeholders to define and document data and integration requirements.
  4. Participate in data governance activities, including maintaining the data dictionary and business glossary and documenting data lineage.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts, including managing data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
Salary and Benefits

$120,000 per year, with a 10% target incentive bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 22 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), 11 paid holidays, medical coverage, Health Savings Account (HSA) with Company contribution, 401(k) company match up to 4%, and more.
