Compensation: $20.00 / hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Develop and implement solutions for expedited international shipments by air.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions, leveraging experience and innovative thinking to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately input all shipment details into the Transportation Management System (TMS) in a timely manner.
  • Organize shipment routing, prepare necessary documentation, and coordinate bookings with air and ground carriers.
  • Resolve issues that arise during shipment transit effectively.
  • Communicate any delays or complications to customers promptly.
  • Assess vendor and carrier rates to maintain competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery logistics with shippers, consignees, and local clients.
  • Engage with airlines, carriers, agents, and brokers to secure scheduling, pricing, and service commitments.
  • Guide agents and airlines to ensure seamless transportation of shipments in compliance with regulations.
  • Track and update all shipment milestones and statuses in the TMS, ensuring comprehensive notes are recorded.
  • Maintain TSA compliance throughout the entire shipment process.
  • Document failure types and related notes as necessary.
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Korean and English.
  • High School diploma required.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
  • Ability to make swift and sound decisions that benefit both the company and the customer.
