Key Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on all equipment according to a scheduled maintenance plan to prevent breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.
- Equipment Communication: Collaborate with production managers to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and make recommendations for improvements.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot the cause of the issue, and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Inventory Management: Order parts and items needed for the proper function of machinery and equipment.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of plant operations and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and advice to personnel as needed.
- Equipment Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the function of all machinery and equipment to ensure they are operating within optimal parameters.
- Equipment Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new production equipment to meet site demands.
- Safety and Compliance: Strictly observe all safety policies and practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other Maintenance Technicians and production personnel to ensure comprehensive coverage and support.
- Electrical Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and components.
- Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of equipment used in liquid filling operations and GMP facility maintenance is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
