Key Responsibilities:- Perform electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Work with high voltage (480V), medium voltage (120V), and low voltage (24V DC) circuitry, applying knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Utilize and troubleshoot PLC systems, with a preference for Allen Bradley, to ensure seamless machine operation.
- Adjust and navigate parameters of Program Frequency Drives to optimize machine performance.
- Maintain and repair CNC machines, with a preference for Fanuc and Siemens controllers, to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components such as motors, drives, relays, proximity switches, light screens, safety circuits, cables, and ethernet communication issues, applying problem-solving skills and electrical knowledge.
- Extensive experience in industrial maintenance and electrical maintenance, with a strong background in electrical work on machines.
- Proficiency in high voltage (480V), medium voltage (120V), and low voltage (24V DC) circuitry, with knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Experience with PLC systems, particularly Allen Bradley, and familiarity with Program Frequency Drives parameters.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery, especially Fanuc and Siemens controllers, and experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with manufacturing equipment.
- Background in the automotive industry, with experience working with manufacturing equipment.
- Strong skills in either PLCs or CNCs, or both, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and machine operation.
- Demonstrated examples of troubleshooting experience, with a strong ability to analyze and resolve electrical issues.
- Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shifts and mandatory overtime as required, with a strong commitment to meeting business needs.
