About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in cardiac stepdown care to provide direct clinical patient care and supervision of staff. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care to patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure that appropriate care is delegated and provided.
  • Serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited institution.
  • CPR certification and current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
