Job Overview

Join us in transforming the landscape of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by providing essential support to individuals in need.

We are seeking a Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) available from 4pm to 8pm, with a minimum of three days per week commitment.

Our team of Behavioral Therapists delivers therapy grounded in the principles of ABA to children with Autism and related developmental challenges in various environments, including home, clinic, and educational settings.

Your role will involve implementing behavior modification strategies through one-on-one therapy, accurately collecting data using electronic methods, assisting in parent training, and collaborating with fellow team members to provide invaluable services to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Execute individualized treatment plans as designed by BCBAs
  • Gather data to assess the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Assist BCBAs in training families on the implementation of treatment strategies
  • Engage in team meetings and professional development workshops.
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients at all times.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of STEPS, LLC

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children facing behavioral challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible, full- and part-time schedules
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Registered Behavior Technician Certification

- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or a related discipline

- At least one year of clinical experience with pediatric populations

- Experience in ABA practices
