- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Valid NJ RN License.
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, and standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate efforts of a team of care providers.
