Critical Care Physician Opportunity in Indiana

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Physician to join our dynamic team at Physician Empire in Indiana. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Location and CommuteOur office is located within 50 miles of Evansville, making it an ideal location for those who value a balanced lifestyle. The commute to Bloomington takes approximately one hour, while Indianapolis is within a 100-mile radius. For those who prefer a more urban experience, Louisville and St. Louis are both accessible within a two-hour drive.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $450,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $40,000. Additionally, we provide a student loan repayment program, retention bonuses, and relocation expenses of up to $15,000. Our physicians also enjoy an annual allowance for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.
Practice InformationAs a Critical Care Physician at Physician Empire, you will have the opportunity to work in a Level III Trauma Center with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Our practice is proud to offer state-of-the-art facilities, including new catheterization labs and a hybrid lab. We also have a full-time vascular/thoracic surgeon on staff, providing a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Call Schedule and Patient MixWe operate on a call schedule of weekend call 1:7 and weekday call 1:3, ensuring a healthy balance between work and personal life. Our inpatient/outpatient mix is 50/50, allowing you to develop a broad range of skills and expertise.
