Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our litigation firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in civil litigation and trial advocacy, with at least one year of experience in tort litigation. An active NV bar license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various issues.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including hearings and depositions.
  • Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes.
  • Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel effectively.
  • Attend court proceedings and support trial preparation efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervising attorneys.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Nevada bar association.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in tort litigation.
  • Strong research and writing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a legal environment is preferred but not mandatory.
