**Key Responsibilities:**
Instruct safe and effective exercise classes for clients of all levels. Maintain valid certifications, including CPR and nationally accredited aerobic certification. Follow instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures and adhere to Employee Handbook guidelines. Meet with management to discuss client feedback, progress, and concerns. Engage in ongoing education to stay up-to-date on new techniques and methods.
