Job Description
We are seeking a Recovery Room Registered Nurse for our PACU.
You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a high acuity environment.
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
Job Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge the following critical thinking skills: analyze situations, prioritize tasks, make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate service excellence by maintaining effective communication, providing support to colleagues, and prioritizing patient needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of medications, treatment instructions, and patient records.
- Apply nursing knowledge to administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
Requirements:
- Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
