Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records: Document patient information, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current nursing licensure in the state(s) of employment and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience.

Location

This role is based in the United States and requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
