Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team in Washington, DC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work with our team in Washington, DC. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound technology to help diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound technology to help diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient correctly.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • Strong knowledge of ultrasound technology and diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
