Ascension St. John is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical ICU team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs.
Requirements
  • Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire date.
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
