We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive patient care utilizing evidence-based practices, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish goals and strategies for meeting discharge or continuing care needs.
- Collect and record nursing assessments of patients' physical and behavioral health status.
- Effectively communicate assessment information and plan of care to treatment team members.
- Develop, maintain, or modify individualized treatment plans.
- Execute treatment plans as developed by providers and interdisciplinary team members.
- Continuously evaluate patient response to nursing interventions and quality of patient care.
- Current RN license in the state of employment or covered by compact.
- BLS Basic Life Support certification (preferred upon hire).
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification (required for Pediatric BH Units).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
- 1 year of RN experience (preferred).
- Recent Behavioral Health experience (preferred).
