Job Summary:
The Obstetrics Nurse Manager oversees an Obstetrics-LDR Model with 10 Labor Beds, 3 Antepartum/Triage private rooms and a Mother/Baby Model with 19 Beds. Additional services include Maternal Family Education Program with Lactation Support, Bereavement, and Childbirth Education.

Responsibilities:
Oversee Labor and Delivery operations
Manage Labor and Delivery staff
Develop and implement policies and procedures

Requirements:
BSN required
Prior Labor and Delivery experience required
At least 5 years of RN experience required
Experience with EPIC EMR (Stork) strongly preferred

Benefits:
Relocation assistance negotiable
Manager eligible for annual at-risk bonus payout of up to 12% of base annual salary (dependent on Genesis Balanced Scorecard performance)
