Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, report changes to the healthcare team, and document progress to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist with transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and lifts, while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Respond to patients' call lights in a timely manner, providing emotional support and companionship as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Valid Nursing Assistant license and certification required.
  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Eligible to work in the USA and possess a valid Driver's license.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening and background check.
