Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician III is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our production equipment and facilities. This position requires a high degree of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, using technical manuals and work orders as necessary.
  • Install and repair electrical equipment, including circuit breakers and fuses.
  • Maintain and repair facility plumbing and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including fork trucks and overhead cranes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in team-based projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, work orders, and safety procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
Work Environment

The Maintenance Technician III will work in a fast-paced production environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and extreme temperatures. The noise level in the work environment is typically loud.
