We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reserve Lot Attendant to join our team at TravelCenters of America. As a Reserve Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Professional Drivers with arrival, parking, and general information while displaying the Daymaker culture.
  • Monitor and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and customers.
  • Wear and use protective equipment properly.
  • Train in own position and cross-train in other positions.
  • Assist managers in training other employees.
  • Uphold company standards and maintain a high level of enthusiasm for TA, Petro, and our customers.
  • Notify managers of positive and negative feedback from customers.
  • Suggest and support innovative ideas.
  • Maintain TA's Strikingly Clean image and Parking Lot cleanliness.
  • Assist in Parking Lot and Fuel Island trash and litter control.

Requirements:

  • Meet minimum state age requirements and labor regulations.
  • Able to learn light maintenance work.
  • Satisfactory work record.
  • Able to work unsupervised.
  • Must Consent and pass MVR check.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry cases of merchandise (up to 50 pounds).
  • Good vision, hand coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand/walk for shifts up to eight hours.

Working Conditions:

The Reserve Lot Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with customers and employees. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting, with occasional bending and reaching.
