Job Summary

As a key member of our Aftermarket Braking Division team at MAT Holdings, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and entering new orders, making changes to existing orders, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Collaborate with the logistics team and customer service teams to meet the total customer satisfaction goal.
  • Program Planning: Work with customers to respond to RFQs and develop program plans.
  • Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors to meet all customers' needs.
  • Program Tracking: Maintain accurate program tracking files.
  • Regular Meetings: Schedule regular meetings with customers and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Assist with the management of larger PM assignments by performing assigned tasks and managing the day-to-day activities of the cross-functional team.
  • Deliverables Planning: Develop planning of customer deliverables, including research, analysis, writing, document review, or task management.
  • Progress Monitoring: Closely monitor team progress and report any questions or concerns to the project manager.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the company's continued growth.
Requirements
