Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide psychotherapy sessions to seniors with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders
  • Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document all sessions and progress in our electronic medical record system
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work or a related field
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW-C or Licensed Certified Social Worker LCSW
  • Experience working with geriatric populations and treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
