Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for children and adolescents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in child psychiatry
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
- Board certification or eligibility in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Current licensure in Illinois or ability to obtain licensure
- Experience in medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
