Pantry Cook

We are seeking a skilled Pantry Cook to join our culinary team at Water Grill South Coast Plaza. As a Pantry Cook, you will play a crucial role in executing every ticket with consistency, timeliness, and quality control to ensure that every guest has a memorable meal.

• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the pantry and service areas.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality dishes.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and maintain open communication with the team.
• Alert the Chef or Sous Chef to any deficiencies in food items or equipment.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1 year experience as a restaurant cook.
• High school graduate.
• Food handlers Card.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate verbal and written English with guests, management, and co-workers.
