Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles in accordance with dealership policies and manufacturer specifications.
- Test and diagnose vehicle systems using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure seamless service experience.
- Meet productivity and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
- Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Computer literacy and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Subaru certifications preferred.
