This position requires a self-starter with a proven track record of success in consultative, B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be an expert in our sales process and product offering, accountable for forecasting their sales on a monthly basis.
Salary and Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $114,000 per annum. In addition to competitive base pay, Paycor offers a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible virtual-first work arrangements, initial equity awards, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and three medical plan options.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-potential clients in the major market space through targeted prospecting and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned referral sources and key stakeholders.
- Consult with potential clients to determine optimal solutions to address their business challenges.
- Present Paycor products and services to prospective clients, leveraging expertise to build trust and confidence.
- Analyze current practices and identify additional sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets, while maintaining a strong work ethic and regular attendance.
- Collaborate with Client Services staff to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
- Record all sales activity and results, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
- Demonstrate a strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
- Maintain ethical business practices and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development of less experienced sales professionals, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
- A strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- A 4-year business degree.
