Catering Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at AEG. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our establishment.

• Service Excellence: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and personability in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to company standards and state/federal regulations.
• Knowledge and Upselling: Develop and maintain knowledge of various beer, wine, and spirits available, and be able to suggestively upsell products to guests.
• Responsible Service: Pour drinks responsibly, adhering to company standards for serving size, and check guests' IDs to verify minimum age requirements.
• Communication: Listen and respond to customer requests and concerns, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Sanitation and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, ensuring all equipment is clean and well-maintained.

• Experience: Six months or more experience bartending preferred, but not required.
• Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
