Salary: $56-66/hour based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Overview of Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an Operational Risk Analyst to spearhead regulatory compliance evaluations and risk assessments to ensure compliance with federal and state laws as well as operational benchmarks.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supervising quality assurance for loans and incentive initiatives.
  • Assessing operational risks and executing strategies to improve efficiency while minimizing regulatory exposure.
  • Updating and maintaining Operational Risk procedural documentation.
  • Conducting gap assessments and effectively addressing compliance challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Operational Risk as a first line of defense, preferably in Mortgage Regulatory Compliance and Risk.
  • Proficient in conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
  • Skilled in process mapping to identify and assess operational risks.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in Risk and Controls Testing.
  • Familiarity with Mortgage and Lending products is advantageous.
