Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Monarch Meadows 42. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals and exceptional customer service to our residents.

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist in the preparation of food, including cooking, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment
• Set up trays and dining room tables to ensure a positive dining experience
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
• Follow all applicable policies and procedures, as well as current federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience working in a dietary department, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
